Welcome to Year Three. Our class teachers are Miss Hodgkiss on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Miss Taylor on Wednesday. Our teaching assistant is Mrs Rogers.  

In Year Three, we have Forest School on a Thursday. Please come to school in appropriate outdoor clothing and bring wellingtons that can be left at school or go home at the end of the day.   

PE will take place on a Wednesday. Children can come to school in PE kit. PE will take place indoors and outdoors, so please ensure that your child has a jumper and tracksuit bottoms to wear in colder weather.

 STRIVE FOR FIVE!

 Read daily or at least five times a week! Please read for at least 10-15 minutes a day in Years Reception,1 ,2, 3, 4  and at least 20 minutes Years 5 and 6. Remember reading little and often is the best way to develop an understanding of vocabulary, comprehension and fluency. 

Please remember to bring your reading book/spelling book into school each day.
